Welcome to Orlando Urology Associates, PA, a group practice of urologic surgeons serving the Orlando and Central Florida area since 1953. Most likely you have been referred to us by your doctor or by a friend or family member. We are pleased that you are allowing us to become a partner in your health care. Urologists are surgeons who specialize in the care of the urinary system and male reproductive organs. We provide treatment for many health problems including kidney stones, urinary difficulties, incontinence, impotence, and infections. We provide complete evaluation and treatment for various malignancies including cancers of the prostate, bladder or kidney. All of our doctors are certified by the American Board of Urology, and several have completed additional fellowship training in urologic cancer. We serve on staff at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Orlando. Together we strive to provide expert and timely service to our patients.

Patient scheduling
Our staff members are trained to make office appointments according to your medical needs. Please be specific in explaining your problem so that an appropriate time for your evaluation can be scheduled. Regular office hours at both the Kaley Street and SandLake offices are from 8:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. We make every effort to see our patients promptly at their convenience. It is rare that we must ask for their indulgence for rescheduling their appointments due to surgical emergencies. We ask that you also inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so that other patients waiting can be seen more quickly.

Emergencies/prescriptions
One of our doctors is available at all times by phone for consultation regarding patient urologic emergencies. Care is often provided at a local emergency facility. We ask that all routine calls, such as prescription refills, be made during regular business hours.

Payment information
We have biling information in the computer system for more than 2,000 insurance companies. We routinely accept assignment for Medicare and most other insurance carriers. Remember, please, that the insurance company works for you, the patient, and not the doctor. Ultimately, therefore, the expenses associated with your care are your responsibility. Our insurance and billing staff is well trained and well equipped to assist you in getting all that your insurance policy will allow as payment for your care.

How to reach us
We have two locations to serve you in an office setting. The SandLake office is in Suite 106 of the Physicians' Building just South of SandLake Hospital proper. Parking is on the West side.

The Kaley Street office is located 1 block west of Orange Avenue on the corner of Cook Avenue and Kaley Street.
